The Armenian Quarter is My Norman Mailer Cover Musical
And other displays of sotto voce aggression on World Quantum Day
(The curtain rises. Or is that “closes”?)
Welcome to another edition of my video iteration, The Armenian Quarter or No Other Land.
I’m not sure much has changed since the Oscars, when No Other Land won for Best Documentary Feature Film; ICE abducted Columbia University gentrifier (and spy?) Mahmoud Khalil; and I missed two days of Lexapro in a snafu that conspired with the two previously mentioned events to make me feel a bit crazy. Oh, and Trump released more JFK files—and signed an executive order to close (cerrar, my Spanish interrupts) the Department of Education, an agency that was only established in 1980. Some things just aren’t meant to last—like the United States of Israel, conjoined in a spiral of mutual destruction. Compare how the Trump tariffs blew up the U.S. stock market like Bibi’s U.S.-made bombs blew up Gaza. I picture China should rebuild the war-torn occupied territory and show Israel what real innovation looks like, but then again I am a descendant of Mao.
